To support statewide communication needs, I led improvements to the Indiana Department of Correction’s digital communications ecosystem. Focusing on scalable email infrastructure, content consistency, and more efficient production workflows.

The Challenge
The organization managed a high volume of internal and external communications across multiple teams and platforms. Existing workflows were largely manual and inconsistent, making it difficult to scale production, maintain quality, and support evolving communication demands.
